Kronqvist Bolagen is a unique company that offers services mainly in the construction industry. The business is divided into three departments; design, construction and inspection. We have offices in Jakobstad, Nykarleby and Vaasa. Our main area of ​​work is Ostrobothnia, but we also have projects in other parts of Finland. We currently have approximately 75 employees and aim for strong growth in the coming years.

How it all started

"My father was a engineer who designed houses at home. Throughout my childhood I was in contact with planning and construction, and as an 18-year-old I did my first building permit drawing. My father constantly had various planning projects in the works, so for me it was natural to work with these projects and then educate myself in the same industry. I founded what is today Kronqvist Bolagen as a 20-year-old. In addition to construction, business thinking and entrepreneurship have always fascinated me - how to do business and execute profitable projects. The most important thing about this work is to understand the customer's needs and to realize the customer's vision in a financially sustainable way."

Inspection

For almost 15 years, we have worked actively to solve problems due to moisture and mold. Our specialized team is called Detecta and has a very broad competence when it comes to performing technical investigations and demanding clean-ups. The competence within the team is used extensively throughout the Group, both in terms of building and construction planning.
