Turnkey project

Pietarsaaren Esplanad

In 2018 and 2019, 8 modern rental homes were completed on the corner between Storgatan and Kanalesplanaden in Jakobstad. The apartments are unique, and all have access to their own 50 m² terrace.

Turnkey Project

Alfen Elkamo

Along Kållbyvägen in Jakobstad stretches Alfen Elkamo’s almost 115 m long production spaces. The planning was locked in the autumn of 2019 and the hall could be taken into use in the spring of 2020. Being able to manage a project like this together with colleagues enables a faster, more cost-effective and flexible process.

Oravais Centrumskola

A successful project, Oravais got a healthy and fresh school. Preliminary investigations, building and interior planning by Ingenjörsbyrå Kronqvist and Byggservice Kronqvist have completed the construction on a turnkey contract.

Ritz 22

“The traditional Bank of Finland house, also known as the Ritz House, with its long history is familiar to all Vasa residents. This brick house was built during a time when high-quality materials were used, great professional pride was felt, and no effort was spared in construction. The house, full of carefully thought-out details, represents late classicism in a style direction. It is planned by the architect J. S. Siren, who also designed the parliament house in Helsinki.”

Nykarleby welfare center and care department

An extensive renovation that includes everything from mass exchange, demolition of an old building and new construction. In total, the project included approximately 4,700 m² including a 290 m² expansion.
